I created the Holistic Coaching to allow you to talk freely, openly and confidentially, without any fear of judgement in a safe space and learn about coping methods. 

I can offer help and support including advising about many various coping methods.

I am fully trained in at a price that is affordable.

I have many guides available that you may find useful. 

I will spend 15 minutes at the end of each session by giving you a taster of each of the different healing modalities available, so you can sample them in order to select what you feel aligns with you. 

I know not everyone can access holistic therapies for many reasons, affordability, mobility and time.

I would like to help you learn about what works for you and what can help you move forward to learn how to be able to cope with stress and anxiety in your daily life more effectively.

Our Holistic Coaching is provided by a dedicated Therapist to enable Clients to become more motivated and successful in pursuit of their interests and the completion of tasks, by way of helping them successfully move forward and get on with their lives.

I have  numerous of different forms of support to help you manage Anxiety, Stress, grief, change, relationships and much more.

These include, in addition to the above mentioned services:

Meditation, Hopi Ear Candling *incl. Mini Holistic Massage, Support groups,

1-2-1 Support, Lymphatic Drainage, Acupressure,

Indian Head Massage, CBT, Empowerment and self-care.

During these sessions, individuals can discuss their thoughts, feelings, and emotions in a confidential and supportive environment. We also offer Zoom Online sessions on some of the services, contact for more information.

Clients can feel safe and supported in a coaching session, knowing that they can share their thoughts and feelings without fear of judgement or ridicule and identify and address any issues that may be negatively impacting their mental well-being. This can be particularly important for individuals who may not have a support network outside of the session.

Identifying and addressing issues
During a coaching session, our clients can start to identify any issues that may be negatively impacting their mental well-being. This can include anything from stress and anxiety to more serious mental health conditions.

Once issues have been identified, our clients  can work with our therapist to  develop coping strategies. These strategies can help individuals to manage their emotions.
